Dota 2 is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed and published by Valve Corporation. It is a sequel to the Defense of the Ancients mod for Warcraft III and has gained a massive player base worldwide. Players compete in teams to destroy the opposing team's Ancient, located within their base, while also managing resources and leveling up their heroes throughout the match.
